Hi,
If anyone is able to help out here I would be most grateful. A
colleague of mine who used to work for LUL talks frequently of a
character called Digger Dibbins who works/worked at Barking I believe.
Does this person exist or is it all a elaborate hoax? Someone at LUL
must have heard of him if he exists - maybe Paul Corfield can shed
some light on this...?

I'd have suspected a hoax if he worked at Earl's Court ...
