Steve Norris made it clear he'd remove Bob Crow from the Board of TfL
(I think TfL - or was the Undergound?) and make the RMT an offer that
they'd be mad to refuse.

Instead Londoners voted Red Ken back in.

I may be wrong, but surely the fact of having passed signals at red is not in
dispute - merely the "sentence" that ought to be imposed. That being so, your
reference to "convicted in kangaroo courts" is otiose.

No, it's because they have massive (and usually illegal) state subsidy. Are
you advocating this or denying this? British Leyland (Rover) never went
bankrupt whilst it was being banked by the government (Of course, the
government almost did).

What rubbish. When I was on the tube I kept my A.S.L.E.F. membership
and was never hassled on the days the N.U.T. struck. And although I've
never manned a picket line in my life I'm sure the opposite was true
when we went on strike and the N.U.T. didn't.
