Default More tube strike

Have you ever gone over that little white line at the trafffic lights? Thats
a SPAD then, (dont pretend you haven't). Its not as clear cut as going
through at 40mph. It may only be 1 inch.....its still a SPAD. And there are
many reasons for a SPAD, some dont involve the T/Op. So I think we need a
few facts first.

I may be wrong, but surely the fact of having passed signals at red is
not in
dispute - merely the "sentence" that ought to be imposed. That being so,
your
reference to "convicted in kangaroo courts" is otiose.
