Buses on the A24

Firstly, why is the timetable so badly spaced between Ewell and Epsom?
There are nine buses an hour, four of which are between 27 minutes past
and 32 minutes past. Worse still, there is an 18 minute gap after this
timetabled bunch.

Secondly, what moron laid out the stops on Epsom (Clock Tower)? Half of
the buses up East St leave from stance A, the rest from stance C. The
spacing of the stops is quite wide and it's often a matter of luck
legging it from one stop to the other.
