Surbiton - odd trackwork
Have been noticing some sort of trackwork going on to the south of Surbiton
station - just where the up Cobham branch joins the main line. They don't seem to be building sidings but this previously scrubby are has been cleared and levelled and quite a lot of track has been delivered there along with assorted diggers and other machinery. Any ideas what all this is for? |

Hampton Ct Jn is being replaced slowly over the weekends, some has been done already - more to come.
