Wasn't there a sketch about doing a circumcision or something on the
Circle Line?

I don't know about that, but the Brand New Monty Python Papperbok
includes "How to take your appendix out on the Piccadilly Line".

It includes this warning: "Do not throw used swabs on the floor of the
carriage - these can cause delay or prevent successful operation of the
automatic doors."
