Can I buy the pass at the Heathrow tube station or on the bus Ill
prolly have a 5quid note and 2 /50 pence coins

Yes, you can buy it at the Tube station ticket office. However it can
get a bit hectic so why not buy it at the adjacent TfL Travel
Information Centre at Heathrow [1], which also sells other passes,
Travelcards and Oyster cards as well as offering travel advice and
dishing out maps.

You can't buy a one day bus pass - nor any other type of pass or
Travelcard - on board a London bus.
