Is the Aldgate one way system actually shut? The AA says that the A13
is closed between the B134 Brick Lane and the B108 New Rd/Cannon St
but it doesn't mention the one way system. Can you get from Commercial
St to Leman St?

I think the problem might be on Commercial Road, where a building has
collapsed.

you mean Brick Lane to Cannon Street Road which is a small section on
the Western most part of Commercial Road. The A13 ends at the Aldgate
one-way system which is classified as the A11.
