Default Green light for Woolwich Crossrail station

In message , at 17:47:17 on
Thu, 22 Mar 2007, Peter Masson remarked:
This seems the right way - build the box, develop the space on top of the
box, then thread the railway through the box,

It's the right order, but doesn't mean they'll ever build the railway.
There's an office block just north of the river in Reading that was
built perhaps 25 years ago with a hole in the middle in the expectation
of straddling a Ring Road, which was never subsequently built.
