Martyn Have you been to the 'Barvarian Beerhouse' at Old Street (next to Moorfields Eye Hospital). Well worth a visit if you haven't been. Draught german biers from Munchen. All the staff are Germans. You will never get closer to a german beerhall in UK. No bottles, only draught. There are plans to open another one in SE1 soon. Nothing has been announced yet. Rgds Jeff |

Rgds Jeff I have been there , its nothing like the Hofbrauhaus in Munich, the waitress wear skirts too short, on a recent visit it was festival time * full booked , seemed to be serving litre glasses although the local council say they have pint glasses. Very expensive. |
