Indeed, it's a great overview of the area, and well worth 70 hard
earned pennies.

What would be fascinating would be to see before and after shots as
well - i.e. the before shot obviously being before any CTRL work
started, and an after shot taken once the whole Kings Cross Central
development has been completed in the old goods yards area.

I haven't spent very much time getting my head around the plans for
the Kings Cross Central development, but it would appear that at least
some of the old goods yard buildings (visible in the Guardian
photograph) will stay and be incorporated into the development.
