Default Hi from Robert

Hi, I travel around quite a lot and often find it difficult to make
connections on public transport. For instance, I will shortly be
visiting the UK and need to find a transport option from Heathrow to
Fareham in Hampshire. I have searched the net but cannot get the info I
need. Can anybody on this forum help?

Thanks,
Robert

Transport Direct took about 20 seconds to calculate several different
options for a public transport journey between the two places you
mention. You mentioned no date or time so I just used today's
parameters. Some journeys involve changing but there is also a direct
coach service with National Express.

www.transportdirect.info

and use the journey planner.

Off the top of my head, the Railair coach from Heathrow to Woking and
South West Trains between Woking and Fareham.

http://www.nationalrail.co.uk/

should give you more information. It's easy to use.

Your head is obviously the transport direct database then! Exactly what
its first suggestion was.

I'm not known as Ann O'Rack for nothing ;-)

I have used Railair when I worked in Poole and had to attend my
grandfather's funeral in Copenhagen. He was buried in the afternoon of
the day he died...
