According to the BBC, the PPP arbiter, Chris Bolt, now believes Metronet may
possibly be owed upwards of £1bn, including up to £470m for work additional
to the contract, and between £230m and £600m for cost increases.

IIRC it was his original suggestion that they were owed much less than that
that led to the administration. Is that about right?
