Default Swirly circle on Museum Street

Evening all,

Any thoughts on what this loop of road is:

http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?f=q&hl...&t=h&z=19&om=1

?

My only thought is that it's the road feeding a carpark under that
building. Like the one in Chinatown:

http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?f=q&hl...2,0.00324&z=19

And there's an NCP at 1 Museum Street, WC1A 1JR, which Google Maps puts
exactly there, so yes, that looks like it. Cheers guys!
