Default GOBLIN ticket offices?

When using Wanstead Park today I saw that a portacabin is being installed
in the arch underneath the station, with what looks like a ticket window.
Is this part of a move to put ticket offices in at GOBLIN stations or just
somewhere for roaming staff to have a rest?

New passenger toilets?

No, I thought not.

:-(
