Unsafe mini roundabouts

Use the form at http://streetfaults.tfl.gov.uk/

TFL will then work out if it's one of their roads or not and forward
it on to the local borough if needed.

Unless you're outside the Greater London area - in which case it is
most likely to be your County Council.
