https://www.tfl.gov.uk/tfl/contact/default.asp?type=buses seems to be
out of order. After submitting a report, I get emails like this: To: me Subject: Delivery Status Notification (Failure) From: Date: 20 July 2008 23:45:55 This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification. Delivery to the following recipients failed. It then continues with: Subject: WWW Form Submission for Buses To: From: me Date: Sun, 20 Jul 2008 23:45:55 +0100 Below is the result of your feedback form. [www.tfl.gov.uk] It was submitted by me on 20 July 2008 at 23:45:55 .... I reported this at 020 7222 1234 on Monday or Tuesday. I got a reference number. Today, I tried to report another incident from the form with a similar failure. 020 7222 1234 was unable to advise on progress using my reference number as those who deal with such problems only work office hours. Months go by without my reporting a bus incident and then 2 come along at once. ![]() -- Walter Briscoe |
