Apparently a new match day CPZ has recently been introduced around the White
Hart Lane ground. Has it improved the traffic situation at all?

If you mean the *moving* traffic situation, that's not usually the purpose
of a match-day CPZ. They are meant to improve the parking situation for
local residents.

Surely if the Auslanders can't park within walking distance of the stadium
they will not drive to near the stadium... only the presumably small number
