Is there a website that provides information on flight arrival actual times
at Heathrow over the last few days? If so, what is it?

I need to meet someone off a BA flight from Tel Aviv on Thursday night, and
I wanted to compare the times to see when it actually arrives (obviously not
yesterday!).

Thanks,
Michael

I don't believe so, and I'm not sure it'd be useful anyway. They're not
going to be in the habit of advertising one arrival time and consistently
arriving late, since that'd mean consistent problems with runway and gate
slots.

The eta shown on the main Heathrow site tends to start to account for
delays on any given flight fairly soon after takeoff.

http://www.flightstats.com has more information than most on current
arrivals/departures, but also includes historical data on individual
routes.

Looks like you want flight BA 164, average delay 34 minutes.

And if the snow continues, or returns on Thursday, then the delay would
probably be more that the average 34 mins! So the OP should check the
weather forecast first.

Thanks for the website Roland - just what I was after.

I am well aware of the weather etc. and will be carefully checking many
things.

The obvious one being "when it actually left Tel Aviv that day". As long
as you are within a couple of hours of the airport, you should be able
to tune your journey to that.

The flight time will be affected by the strength and direction of winds at
the height that the aircraft flies, so it will vary from day to day.
Because of that, I don't think the times in the last few days will be of
much use. The BAA flight arrivals page on www.heathrowairport.com will give
you a fairly accurate arrival time soon after the flight leaves Tel Aviv.

The departure time (which is more about ground based logistics) will
vary more on a flight of that length.

Various such sites will have estimates based on the flight time the
captain files when he takes off, which will have been calculated based
on that day's actual weather.
