Incomplete oystercard journey

I looked at my oystecard journey history today and noticed that a
journey from Leytonstone to West Ham via Stratford was listed as
incomplete. The journey I made involved using my ticket to open gates
at Leytonstone, using it again to open the gates between the Central
line and Jubilee at Stratford and using it a final time to open the
gates at West Ham. If the journey is listed as incomplete, does that
put me at risk of some sort of penalty fine?

When the pre-paid (if that's the right word) Oysters come in you would
have had a zone 1-6 fare charged for this journey (if my understanding
is correct) assuming your weren't using a season ticket.

With errors such as this it could work out expensive!

Cheers,

Jason.
