So if it is in the Daily Mail, it must be true?

If it's in the Daily Mail, assume it's a lie unless corroborated by a
real news source.

Well, if you don't believe the Daily Mail (and I don't particularly
blame you) you can always go to the original ECHR judgement, at
http://cmiskp.echr.coe.int/tkp197/vi...k in=hudoc-en
or http://tinyurl.com/cgoaal

This time, even the Mail says that people *could* have their DNS profile
deleted. Not that they *have* been deleted, or that they *will* be
deleted, merely that it could happen, possibly, maybe. What's actually
happening is that the government is ignoring the ECHR. Sorry, I mean
taking their time to consider the verdict, all things considered, in
the long term, with due concern for all potential ramifications, ...

If the police continue to refuse to destroy the profiles, sue the *******s.

On what grounds, oh great lawyer?

Under the provisions of the Human Rights Act 1998 for what the ECHR has
clearly held to be a violation.
