Default Oyster routing

I see that a column headed "Via" now appears on the Oystercard journey
history when you check it at a tube station. It doesn't seem to be in
use yet, as interchange journeys I make are still appearing as two
lines.

Most interesting - this is obviously part of the upgrade of the Oyster
PAYG system that'll enable it to cope (hopefully!) with being rolled
out on National Rail.

Another real, tangible-ish sign of progress!
