Default Where does the 328 go?

It always used to go to Chelsea World's End. Now half the buses go to
Chelsea Magpie and Stump, which I think is the same place. The London
bus map calls it World's End. The Spider map for Earl's court calls it
Limerston Street.

I think they're all the same place.

Why can't Tfl think of one name and refer to everything as that
(preferably World's End as that is what it has been known as for years,
even when the 31 used to go there)?

Anyone in the know?
