The Picc is reversing at Hammersmith today and tomorrow, and will be

No.

We enter the eastbound platform via the sidings, so eastbound to east
or a 'normal' reverse

Westbound to Eastbound trains would have reversed via the westbound
platform and then continued via the sidings..

Note also that it is the final trial weekend for the panhandle Circle
and Hammersmith service.

Is the trial doing something that the normal service wont?

(Or are there really people who will get some satisfaction from doing a
normally available booked route outside of its timetabled period?)
