Default Whitechapel - Shoreditch - Liverpool St. track.

With the ELL now arriving down an incline from the new Shoreditch High
St. station and the existing track and cutting between Whitechapel and
the old Shoreditch station being submerged in "fill" I was wondering
if there were any ideas put forward in the planning and development
stage to make use of this track and the existing trackbed between
Shoreditch and Liverpool St. station, perhaps even as sidings ?

cheers
uc
