Default Lea Valley Overground timetable

A look at Realtime Trains reveals the answer:

Engineering work means Platforms 1 to 10 are closed first thing in the
morning (reduced to Platforms 1 to 4 from about 0745), with everything
using the Main and Electric Lines leaving Liverpool Street.

West Anglia services then take the Fast Lines at Bethnal Green, with
services to Enfield Town and Cheshunt via Seven Sisters crossing back
over to the "Slow" lines using the crossover at the London end of
Hackney Downs station.
