Default More Tube lines now have live ETA boards

The lack of District line info is because there are only a small number
of inputs to the TrackerNet system which the site takes it's info from,
all on the Barons Court - Ravenscourt Pk area.

Good to see the Northern and Victoria system working, makes a change
from looking at the 'non-public' version of ETA and seeing almost every
train on the two lines running around as 477. Looks like the control
computer has finally been persuaded to work...
