Hi,

Last night I was travelling southbound on the Victoria line when the
driver informed us that there were "delays on the Waterloo & City line
caused by, I'm told, a lack of available trains. I'm not sure how this
has happened as there's four down there and there's no track for them
to get out".

I'm assuming the reliability of the trains has not been optimal? :-)
