Default London Underground Revenue Rapid Project: Freedom of Information request

A few years ago the Revenue Protection part of London Underground,
under the guidance of the then-manager Lance Ramsay, tried to launch a
system called RAPID.

The system was abandoned. But could some poster here use the Freedom
of Information Act to find out how much this abandoned project cost?

Gosh. I wonder: could some poster here use the Freedom of Information
Act to find out why Offramp posts such fatuous messages? Not me though
because I can't be humbugged.
