Default Regent's Canal

I hope a pedestrian's question is not too far off-topic for utl --

At which points between Park Rd (near St John's Wood) and Cumberland
basin can you leave the footpath along Regent's Canal and walk up to
street level?

Maybe one of knows or can point me to a detailed map.

For the walk I'm planning, an ascent near Primrose Hill Bridge would
be ideal, i.e. he
