Default De-bendification of route 73

So when the 73 is de-bendified on 3rd September, it is also going to
be withdrawn between Seven Sisters and Stoke Newington. This is
without any increase in service on other routes, such as the 149, 349
or 476.

This will surely increase overcrowding, so does anyone have an idea as
to why this is being done? There is surely no reason why double deck
73s can have the same terminating arrangements as the bendy buses.

Or is it something to do with the work on the Tottenham Hale gyratory
system?

Or is it Tfl being bloody minded?

Really? I didn't know that.

Very sad. I guess this guy won't be selling many more of his rather
excellent posters about the 73 in Stokey:

That is excellent - but the poster still works just fine, the 73 will still
take people to Stokey from points south (including the Angel, for the Tube
connection), it just won't bring people down from Seven Sisters.
