Some snippets of news

1) There are no plans for Crossrail to take over the Heathrow Express at present.

2) Once Crossrail happens, there will be an opportunity to increase frequency on the West Anglia routes that are going over to London Overground.

3) The plan is for an Overground station to the north of Acton Wells at Old Oak Common (including Southern platforms)

4) A pedestrian / travelator link is being looked at to connect the OVerground station at Old Oak Common to Crossrail and HS2.

5) Pedestrian links are also being investigated between North Acton and Old Oak Common, and between North Acton and the Overground stop at Acton Wells
