The Debden site is owned by the BoE, so it probably only makes BoE notes.
De La Rue has other banknote printing factories for other countries' notes.

I think they made the tiles for Mother Kelly's doorstep.

No! It's at the end of Langston Road and it looks like a
concentration camp, with barbed wire all round.

Strictly speaking, Langston Road is in Debden, not Loughton
although Debden is within the larger Loughton area. The other
end of Langston Road is close to Debden Station.
