Paddington Bear at Paddington Station

Paddington Bear and glass case was removed quite a while ago when they
first started to renovate Paddington Station. (When will they ever
finish it?). Anyway he was then rumoured to have gone to a nearby
Children's Ward at St. Mary's Hospital. However he seems to have
turned up in the window of the Left Luggage Office by Platform 12. He
was there for the last few years at least. However in the past few
months he seems to have completely disappeared. Anyone know where? The
bronze version remains in the Lawn Concourse of course.

CJB.

IIRC, the Paddington Bear in the glass case at Paddington Station was
removed "for the duration of the renovations", but doesn't seem to have ever
reappeared?
