Pass The Buck

London Underground now apologise for train delays. However they still
aren't taking the blame for delays.
A sign at Westminster station on Saturday saying there were serve delays
to Circle Line and Transport For London apologise for any delays.
You have to hand it to London Underground. They may not be able to run
an underground train system but at least they know good comedy.
