Unfair parking fine
I recently (april 2006) received a bill from a collections agency on
behalf of the local council for a parking contravention alleged to have taken place in March 2002. I have no recollection of any such contravention having taken place and this communication is the first I have heard about it. They have threatened to have the case registered at court and a distress warrant issued. What is my best legal recourse? Naebrown |
