No need for an annual cap - just discount at the point of loading the
card. If you pay 1000 quid, you get 1500 quid worth of credit (or
whatever fits the sums), say. No need for anything other than the
daily cap. After all, you're still investing up front, though you
might well need an expiry date in that case.
