Default Pigeon cages at South Ken ?

I hadn't been to South Ken station in ages, but on the District Line
platform I noticed two fenced off giant planting areas, apparently full
of pigeons ?

Huh ? Are they keeping pets these days :-)

On the contrary - it's Ken trying to undermine the RMT leadership by
slipping stool pigeons in amongst their ranks.
