number and DDIs in the 020 72271 and 020 73404 number blocks at work.

Yes, it's Westminster Unit D.

We have an 020 7222 main
number and DDIs in the 020 72271 and 020 73404 number blocks at work.

Either you've got a mix of lines from both concentrators (which, after
all, will share a Main Distribution Frame - the place the wires come
into), or some of the numbers have been ported from one to the other.

Could only be the former. The 020 73404 range was only added in 2000.
