Default Nat Eail Journey Planner problems.

Un case others meet these I append a copy of a comment sent to the Nat
Rail website. It would be interesting iff anyone here can shed light
on these.

1. Why can't the journey planner understand 'High Street Kensington'
until I spell it High St Ken Und'?

2. (More serious) For tomorrow 23/6/07 why does the planner tell me
there is no train service from Epsom to High St Ken when other sites
suggest that there are frequent Epsom -Winbledon and Wimbledon - High
St (-Edgware Road) services operating? (I admit that the related
parts of LU are not operating. )

Probably because it's a *NATIONAL RAIL* Journey Planner, *NOT* a London
Underground one! (That, and High St Ken Und is how it's specified in the
NR Station Index).

See the above.

If you want a multimodal Journey Planner you need to use either
Transport Direct [1] or, in this case, Traveline Southeast. [2]
