Default Congestion Charge wrongly given

I'm wondering if anyone has advice on appealing a congestion charge
fine..

I waited until 6pm until entering the zone, making sure I went in a
few minutes after the news started on Radio 4.

I then got a letter saying I'd entered at 5.57, which is plailnly
impossible.

I didn't get the letter until the fine had gone up to £100.

Any advice on appealing this.. or is this just money that's going to
go to Ken's latest Socialist escapade.

You are limiting who will give you advice with your politics.

Why not read the section on appeals?

As our Dear Leader said he wants to create a 'New Socialist London',
and has thrown his lot in with two of South America's favorite
Socialist Dictators, writes for a Socialist newspaper, supports
Socialist causes and declares that he is a..... SOCIALIST..I can
confidently predict that our Mayor puts my money into Socialist
causes.

This amazing insight into the politics of our Mayor is obvious to
everyone except plonkers like Stevo, who seems to think that a
lifelong Socialist like Red Ken, is rulling as a Tory.

If anyone has any useful advice to give, (that doesn't include denying
the bleedin obvious), I'd appreciate some help.

thanks

On of the great things about some socialist republics is the literacy
rates are high. In such republics most people would be able to read up
on the appeals procedure. Alas, in Britain people cannot manage this and
thus ask others for them. Sorry, as this is not a socialist republic
then you will need to pay for this advice.

Everyone like Stevo - oh and the voters.

And learn to take advice, if you think about it, Ken has been voted in
twice, coming on here and asking people for help while alienating
yourself at the same time is not wise. You are probably far too stupid
to understand.

So what parts of the appeal procedure is confusing you? Have you found
it, have you read it, would you like us to also wipe your arse.

thanks

Like you mean that.

Hope you get your car crushed.

Oh..

Its so much fun to wind up Lefties..

The laughable thing abuot the Far Left is their pathetic belief that
they are better than the rest of us, and know what's best.

I've been to Cuba, its a ****y little dictatorship, but Ken, Stevo and
friends worthip that squalid little dictator.

We're so lucky to live in a demoracy where writing an article won't
get you thrown into jail, as Stevo and his Socialist friends would do,
given the chance.

The saddest thing about the Looney Left is that they take themselves
so seriously, and actually believe thier own propaganda.

The rest of us are able to converse without childish tantrums.

I love winding up plonkers like Stevo....and its so easy!

Do you actually want advice, or you are just trolling here for the fun
of it?

As Stevo said, do you understand the appeals procedure? Also, have you
checked your exact route against a map of the CC zone? I wouldn't mind
betting you had actually entered the zone when you were waiting for the
6 o'clock news to begin, having got confused about where the boundary
runs. Where exactly were you at the time?

Kind of funny he thinks I am being wound up, I am not the one facing
getting their car crushed because I cannot read. I am not overly lefty
actually, but the idiot cannot read a quite simple appeals procedure -
something most people in Cuba can. So lets take idiots position and
agree that a left wing regime is worse - I assume then given he cannot
work out how to appeal means he is clearly even lower on the food chain
than initially it appears.

So, you think I am wound up, whereas I laugh at the fact you have nobody
in this group willing to give you free advice other than me. I'll let
the world decide who won.

Do please keep us informed of your crusade against a system - which is
very obviously[1] capitalist

[1] Obvious to those with an education.
