I guessed that might be the idea, replacing the Circle frequency from HSK to Edgware Road, but beyond there, how would extra services fit in: cut the Metropolitan at Baker Street? What I just said made no sense, sorry. I still don't think it's a goer. I know there are probably loads of reasons why it wouldn't happen. Does Baker Street-Liverpool St run at full capacity? There seem to be longer gaps between trains there compared to the southern bit of the Circle Line. Presumably now there are more passengers travelling to Kings Cross-St Pancras who would welcome a through service from Earls Court. -- Paul |
