Default Totteridge & Whetstone Platform Building

For the last 2 -3 months there has been building work at the Northern end of
the Northbound platform at Totteridge and Whetstone station.

Almost certainly a new SER (signal equipment room) building for the
forthcoming resignalling of the Northern Line by Tube Lines/Thales.
