District line to bakerloo. The other end is the door facing you when
you get down the platform steps to the northbound bakerloo line.

I don't know why they stopped using it. They put escalators in, so it
wasn't compulsory any more, but I can't see why it wouldn't work as a
relief passage.

I don't know why its named as such - I'm sure someone will be along to tell
us why, if not we will have to wait till I'm out that way next and I'll
enquire! I think there are some references to it on the interweb so that may
turn up something of use.
