Default Widened Lines and trainstops

Boltar's recent post about Broad Street got me browsing and I came
across a picture of the tunnel mouth at Kings Cross (York Road). The
signalling looks to be LT, and there seems to be a train stop.

Were BR trains on the widened lines fitted with trainstops?
