The south tunnels are 332 yards long so my guess is that they were at
the far end from the station. The gate structure would also indicate
that end, as the station ends of all four tunnels are 3/4 bricked.

No, it was the other end - the tunnel mouth nearest Crouch End/Finsbury
Park.

A month or 2 ago I went for a walk from Highgate down the parkland walk
and saw the filming taking place. I wondered what it was they were doing
