That will be interesting.
Haven't they always tried to distance themselves from the club's
more outrageous antics, claiming they were merely on the
periphary of the club?

Col

Yes, that famous outrageous Bullingdon Club member was David Dimbleby. I
wonder if it is just people who never went to university who dont understand
about these things, the vast majority of university sports clubs and
societies are excuses to get extremely drunk, its just how it is. They all
have their own membership criteria.

Why all the fuss?

That and making sure the photo of them with the other members

I can find a picture of the Bullingham Club with George Osborne in
it:

http://img.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/200...04_468x285.jpg

but the Cameron one is remarkably absent from the net, and I'm
pretty sure it used to be easily available.

The copyright owners of the picture have forbidden it from being
reposduced anywhere. Curiously, they invoked their right to do so just
days before Labour were about to use it in a poster campaign...
allegedly.

And of course Labour would never take a photograph from circulation that
embarrased the PM.

no never at all, they just do a good old uncle Joe on it.

Extremely drunk is fine.
Deliberately destroying other peoples' property, 'vandalism' in other
words, most definately is not.

Of course it isn't be you aren't seriously saying that only these
students from this background do this? The reality is that ALL students
if they get into these clubs and sports societies get into this sort of
thing. The problem is ALL students are a seen as OK and it's high jinks
but were they off some rough estate and in town they are drunken chav
rioters.

Anything else on this thing about Cameron is just plain reverse snobbery
at best and pure class jealousy at worst.

Are you saying that 'normal' students book a function room in a restaurant
then deliberately trash the place? I think not.
a few accidental broken glasses amid the revelry perhaps, so much like
a Friday/Saturday night in any city centre pub then.

Anything else on this thing about Cameron is just plain reverse snobbery
at best and pure class jealousy at worst.

Spare me the Class War **** please....

What is so nauseating about these people is that they feel they can get
away with such behaviour because they can simply buy their way out
of it. Wreck your restaurant? No problem, her's some cash to pay
for the damage. Smash all the windows in your car? That's OK,
we'll leave a cheque to cover the repairs.

They are morally bankrupt.
Talk about knowing the price of everything and the value of nothing!

In short, nothing to do with class jealousy but an example of rich
people behaving badly *becasuse* they are rich.

I had machine guns in mind, but I'll settle for that just now.

So, let’s get this right.

Brown is allowed to, single handed, f**k half the world’s economy with
all the human hardship, misery and fallout that implies, all without
penalty.

But Cameron must pay the ultimate price for belonging to some boorish
dining club.

Nice set of priorities there.

Didn't the local Labour party play the Tory Toffs card, during the
Crewe by-election, and didn't it back fire on them big style?

If Labour are that desperate, then fine, because that sure is one
f**king own goal just waiting to be scored.

There are just as many Toffs in the ranks of the Labour party.

For a start, there’s Baron Mandelson of Foy in the county of
Herefordshire and Hartlepool in the county of Durham, First Secretary
of State, Secretray for Business, Innovation and Skills, President of
the Board of Trade and Lord President of the Council.

How very egalitarian.

I settle for that, far better than an under privileged brat who
thought he could do as he pleased simply because he had all our money.
