Well, it was in TB's opening comments in response to the Lord Mayors speech.

Somehow I don't think the Lord Mayor of the City of London is prioritising
the Glasgow Crossrail as one of his key targets for the year! )

It also generated a huge round of applause from the audience - so unless
they were all Scottish........
