carry on with those. *It would be good for us to proceed with detailed
planning for Chelsea Hackney but, of course, the Mayor would rather drag
£5bn out of TfL than actually bequeath himself or...

correc these omissions at a later point. Extending platforms on an
existing line or adding a station will cause seemingly endless WCML
style disruptions and overruns. Is this worth it?

to make sacrifices and that includes the London Mayoralty and transport
