Can't load a Network SouthEast card, hence the exception. Whyever not? Perhaps it's because the Network Card £13.00 minimum weekday fare, and the 'after 1000' rule mean it isn't any use for 5 days out of 7... The Network Card also has group and children validity, but its use by an individual should be programmable for weekend use only. Also, a NSE card if loaded on Oyster can't then be read by NSE ticket offices outside the zonal area. To provide both a paper & Oyster NSE discount card would leave it open to fraud, with both usable simultaneously by different people....there's no photocard needed! |
